  When I walked in, the sign read no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. That was a turn off. I decided to order anyway. I ordered chicken tacos. The meat was dry, not much of it, and you couldn't really tell that it was chicken.

  Visited thus place CPL weeks ago, food was okay but didn't understand the Hype on Tik Tok? There not representing there foods or desserts when ordering they charge for ever little item, I really was expecting more. Food was so so, nothing special. They didn't represent there supposedly special drinks or desserts, I just had to guess on my own. I don't think I'll be going back there the food is nothing special, so who ever the Foodie raved this place I give a #2, 👎👎oh and I ordered a Churo, thought ide get at least 3 in a cup or drizzle and powdered sugar for presentation, but instead I received 1 Churo 1!!! WRAPPED IN FOIL AND DROPPED IN A PAPER BAG I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️☹️👎👎👎👎👎😳😳😳like literally wrapped up like a CIGAR, then the girls at the front was like they didn't have any concerns about anything just stood there???🤔🤔THEY DONT REPRESENT ANYTHING THERE. NOR DO THEY RECOMMEND ANYTHING. I WAS EXCITED, but that excitement faded fast. I won't be back.

  Terrible once again have really went down since 1st opened, cashiers rude, was much better when the nicer front order takers were taking the orders and got them right and offered to compensate the customer when your order was not made correctly it's so unfortunate

  I asked for a burrito with no beans,lettuce or tomatoes and it was on my burrito I called 5 times and no one answered

  The cashiers do not listen very well they put your order in the way they want and not what you ask for they need to be removed you need new cashiers very unprofessional they sits and argue with you back and forth when your order is not correct and them cooks passing out cold food owner you need to be at this location more often
