  I ordered on line and after two hours waiting, I called the store. I was put on hold for 4 minutes ( probably while they thought up a lie) and was told the driver knock on my door and no one answered, so he sat in on the floor. I am in a hotel room and was sitting 6 feet from the door and never heard the knock. There was no pizza outside the door and I asked if the driver had a limp wrist? He said the only thing he could do is deliver another pizza. I hate being lied to.

  Very disappointed, there is less than one inch of snow on the ground. The snow Stopped at 5:30 pm. I Ordered a pizza at 6:30pm. The Pizza came at 8:15 pm. Delivery driver told me the roads were bad. Which i understand. I looked at and it looked ok. Took one bite of the pizza and Luke warm. The chicken wings were very cold. I took the pizza back and the roads were good, no snow or ice on route 30, I mean nothing!!!!!!!! I got there and had to wait 15 minutes to talk to the manager. At this time I did not want to wait another 1 hour and 15 minutes for a pizza. They did refund my money plus tip. But they said nothing about being sorry or even compensation. So I went to subway right next door, since I had to drive to return pizza any ways.
