  Placed mobile order, got to the store around 4:30am and no one was there. I waited in the drive-thru and drive up to both windows, then went back through the drive-thru, was never able to get my food. Last time I tried this location, my order was wrong and I was given attitude when I asked for it to be fixed.

  You have to wait way too long pay at the counter no one talks to you say anything walk right past you and just looks at you it’s terrible

  I have to sit at the register for 30+ minutes just to pay employees walk right past me multiple times and didn’t say anything terrible costumer service

  I walked in and waited at the front counter for literally 20 mins before I was even recognized or spoke to smh. This McDonald’s needs to be SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN. There service is HORRIBLE the workers are horrible and management is simply as pathetic as it gets. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY

  Left the McDonald on grant street cancelled my order because they were rude came here to sitting in drive through for 15 minutes to pull up to nobody by the window. My chicken nuggets are so over cooked my three year old can’t even bite them ridiculous yall have to do better. No stars
