  Just ordered a beef Nacho, and came with barley any beef, also had no cheese or sauce at all , an way to many onions

  Thank you for the excellent food and great service. Funny story, I placed the order on line and I thought I ordered from a different taco place. I went there first not realizing that I made a mistake and I'm glad because the food here is so much better, was fresh, and a great portion!

  Avoid. Customer service es horrible, potentially racist. This place has gone downhill. Cold food, rude workers, high prices, long wait times. Recently I bought 2 nachos for $30, for myself and my mom, and the cashiers were beyond rude. It's an Hispanic establishment and I don't believe they respect the community they work in. When I walked to the register, I asked the cashier about the sign that said "cash only" because I had money on my card. She took my card, processed it, gave me a receipt and did not say "thank you," or anything. I sat waiting in the lobby for almost 30 minutes until the same cashier asked my mom what she was waiting for. I found this to be extremely rude since I was the only who made the order but she didn't address me at all. She asked my mom instead. And it also came off like she lost my order. Frustrated by the situation, instead of explaining my order I sat my receipt on the table and asked for my money back. One of the cashiers pointed at the sign that says, "no refunds," while the other one told me, "don't throw that receipt at me!" Disrespected and out of options I just asked for my food so I could leave and never come back. Once my food was prepared 5 minutes later I took it to my car to find out it was the wrong order. I ordered chicken nachos but they gave me steak. I was so upset and hungry after waiting 40 minutes, I just ate what they gave me. It was something like steak or pulled pork but I didn't enjoy it because it was greasy and I threw half of it away. So I wasted my $30. They mistreated me because I was dumb enough to give them my money. This place was a good place years ago but now I don't believe they respect the people they serve. They come off as arrogant and passive aggressive. We can't continue supporting businesses that don't treat us with good customer service. Who knows what their opinion is of the community they work in. They need to be humbled. We make them rich and they treat us like trash. There are a few different options in the area, with better prices, and they'll get your order right. Maybe even smile after spending your hard earned money. I'll be willing to drive a further distance for a better quality experience. I have a place I like in East Chicago. But Please Avoid the mistreatment, and find somewhere else.

  Wanted to try this place for so long because of the hype. however, after trying a variety of items on their menu I was sadly disappointed… All my tacos was EXTREMELY GREASY the tortillas and the meat. I do understand that Karla tacos are cooked that way with the consume but the other tacos I order, Steak, Carnitas, & Chicken was so greasy it was dripping. The salsa and guacamole is VERY bland and is refrigerated instead of made fresh…One positive thing I can say was that the Elotes and their Tamales were great. I will not be giving this place a second chance there are more authentic Mexican restaurants that have the flavor

  Tried for the first time today, Glad I did!! Taco Tuesday deals. We got the Karla 3pk special and 3 steak tacos. Price is friendly. It's a bit of a drive for me but well worth it!! Staff was very friendly. Easy on my pockets My only complaint is that they don't have any menu to take. (My husband likes paper menus because he can decide what he wants to have me order)
