I called and spoke to Mark, the store manager and he refused to make my order even after knowing their store was closed. I was offered a free bowl, nothing more. I explained that I simply want what I ordered, and was denied. This is horrible customer service and needs to be handled accordingly. Why would I settle for one bowl when there are two people to feed? That would mean I’d have to make another purchase which is unfair.
