  Pizza was ready for pickup on time and done to perfection. This is my favorite of all pizzas when ordering for delivery.

  Your website said my delivery would be here in 30 to 45 minutes...it has been an hour and a half and I am still waiting. I called in and they said I would get my order in 10 minutes....20 minutes later I call back...I get left on hold and I don't even get an apology for have my daughter hungry...just your order is canceled. Unbelievable!!!! I ordered at 7:30 and it is 9:07 and my 7 year old daughter still hasn't eaten. I now have to leave out at 9 p.m. to get my child something to eat....I am very disappointed with your service!

  Very disappointed, there is less than one inch of snow on the ground. The snow Stopped at 5:30 pm. I Ordered a pizza at 6:30pm. The Pizza came at 8:15 pm. Delivery driver told me the roads were bad. Which i understand. I looked at and it looked ok. Took one bite of the pizza and Luke warm. The chicken wings were very cold. I took the pizza back and the roads were good, no snow or ice on route 30, I mean nothing!!!!!!!! I got there and had to wait 15 minutes to talk to the manager. At this time I did not want to wait another 1 hour and 15 minutes for a pizza. They did refund my money plus tip. But they said nothing about being sorry or even compensation. So I went to subway right next door, since I had to drive to return pizza any ways.
