- BBBret Bowman6 days ago3.0Wow! I hadn't been to eat at Outback Steakhouse for a while. I always have loved the Alice Springs chicken and it used to cost $15. Now? $21 and smaller size. Blooming onion was a little over cooked. At least the service was great! Not sure if I'll eat here again. To be honest, didn't anticipate the huge 70% price increase. This is chicken for Pete's sake, not premium steak 🥩 It's getting to the point that you can't eat out anymore because it's so rip off expensive. Some people enjoy getting ripped off, but not me. It's kind of sad, but I'll probably not eat at Outback again. Can't really find anything on the menu that's worth the extreme costs.

No refills no checking in us after food dropped off no utensils . Not even a spoon for my kids to eat their food . We just boxed everything and left . We had the meal deal that came with dessert but we didn’t even receive that . Too much chaos going on . Had to get up and ask for things . I’ll just stay home and eat jeez . Several tables needed things and to be Checked on . Not one MANAGER in site trying to see what was happening in the main dining room. Normally at other restaurants the manager is trying to help out and see what guest need to be helped . But nope not one manager except for the host who was trying to help .

The restaurant only had a few tables, but we stood at the entrance for a couple of minutes before being greeted & seated. We sat on the side where the bar is & our server seemed to wander off more than usual. Imo, the service isn't up to par, but the food was delicious! This location would be better if the host & servers were more friendly & attentive. Other than that, we do enjoy the food. Please excuse the picture of my hand, but I took that pic for another review. However, you do get to see the iced tea that I ordered. If you add a flavor, such as strawberry or mango, there are NO free refills.

Got the ceaser salad and that was also salty. Still ate it tho. The star was the 8oz steak which was cooked beautifully and didn't need steak sauce at all. Will be back again for the steak.

She didn’t listen to any off the requests for anyones meal (rxtra this and that) didnt even bring us the silver wear the host didnt after we ate the bread and app …. Mind u i still dont know her name . Than at the end had the nerve to liger around and do my crdit card on her own and wait there for the tip part i cant beliebe how horrible her service was i ray to god its her first day cuz baby u need to just gone head and head out didnt ask for refills or nothing i aint never have no bad service like this and u wanna linger for a tip baby gone head and do better
