A TOTAL RIP OFF IN MY OPINION. THAT IS MY LAST VISIT TO YOUR RESTURANT.

Cut into filet, fatty . Leanest piece of meat and it’s fatty ? I’m blaming the mgr for NOT training servers the right way, servers for taking out food that isn’t right, pitiful looking sweet potato I’ve ever seen too. We gave you another try, nothing has changed. Won’t be back, and it doesn’t even matter to anyone at Outback.

Then our server brings out WAY OVER COOKED Coconut shrimp when I said something I was told that's how it comes Wth no it doesn't come out burnt! Then The meal all that was on the plate 7 green beans and a chicken breast What really for $18 you have got to be kidding! Needless to say NO! I do not recommend

We waited over an hour and 20 Minutes for food, although we saw other tables that came after us eating. also ordered a drink that I never received. Just overall a bad experience due to the service, even a little acknowledgment would’ve been nice.
- HWHoward WilkesOct 25, 20252.0Wife & I have been coming to this restaurant for several years. Visited other stores when traveling. Today, 10/25/25 was the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I Ordered filet and received Sirloin with a lot of grizzle. Ordered Unsweetened Ice tea with lemon. Was never asked if either of us wanted a refill. I ordered a baked potato with cinnamon, butter and sour cream received maybe a teaspoon of each. Really skimping. The only thing we were served that met expectations was the French Onion soup. Manager did reverse the charge for the steak. But, the damage was already done. Wife ordered ribs. They have changed their sauce - not good but spicy. We had to ask for silverware twice before receiving them. We were never offered refills of our unsweet Ice tea with lemon. Probably will not return to this restaurant again - too many other choices. When we arrived about 4:40 pm, the restaurant had few seated customers, The Main Dinning room only had a handful or so of customers, yet the wait to be seated was 15-20 minutes. When asked why, "Short Staff." was the response. Not the hostess' problem. Not my problem - management problem. /s/ HEW
