  The service was great goid came out quick and my server was on point it was me n two other ppl and I ordered my steak med and the other two ppl ordered there’s med well and all the steak came out the same one of the other ppl sent there’s back after eating off it there sides and sticking the same fork in there steak and didn’t like that it was to bloody and res the server took it back with no problem but what bothered me was she came back with the same steak now I don’t have a problem with that but to do have a problem with it cuz the same grill they cooked it on that one of the ppl that basically already put there mouth on it was cooked where everyone else steak was being cooked on after he eat Mac n cheese n potato with onions which means cross contamination no only with cheese n onions but someone else’s basically saliva so anyone else steak that was cooked in that spot I don’t need to say no more a lil disappointed but everything else was ok

  I’m here to voice my dissatisfaction with this location. I was told 20-30 minutes for my table which I was okay with waiting. It is just me 8 year old daughter and I. After our time told had past and people who came definitely after us were seated I asked questions. I was told there was 2 others before me. After a 3rd party was seated before me my daughter and I left. I must voice my frustration here and if it happens to anyone else understand it is not just you. This is apparently their customs here. Would not recommend and I stay near the area. No need for me to come back and give my money. I will not patronize. Good day

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. Walked in and six tables were seated. The hostess told us there was a mandatory 20 minute wait. How is there 6 tables seated and a 20 minute wait at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon? Worse, the incessant complaining about corporate and why the restaurant was failing by the workers forced us to leave.

  Went for a special occasion for my son, per his request. It wasn't completely awful but it wasn't good. Very basic sides and shamefully bland food. Learned they were out of sweet potatoes (really???) after I'd already ordered. The waitress was really nice but not enough to make up for the lackluster EVERYTHING else. I hadn't been to Outback in years and if I never go back, it'd be too soon.

  Very bad service if you are doing food delivery don't waste your time you will be in here for 30 minutes and no results. Very poor management can't have these cooks prepare the order. Manager very rude a white guy he should be fired no way you should talk to people like that he is such not a manager and very unprofessional this restaurant shouldn't even exist if they can't handle traffic. Very bad ran restaurant stay far away. Go to Texas Roadhouse way better service and quality. I will take this review down if I get compensated for my experience.
