  I had a terrible experience here. I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but this experience did not meet basic expectations.The service was extremely poor, and there were noticeable cleanliness concerns that made me question the overall standards of this establishment. One major issue was that our water was brought to the table in a pitcher that was cracked and held together with tape, which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. We waited nearly an hour just to receive water and almost two hours for our food. That kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially without clear communication or updates from staff. When I informed the waitress about the cracked, taped pitcher, she returned with another pitcher that was also cracked and appeared unclean. There was no urgency or proper resolution to the concern. To make matters worse, there was no accommodation or effort from management to address the situation. No apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. The Food itself was not the best as well. I expected much better and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. I sincerely hope management takes accountability and improves both service and cleanliness standards.

  Food here is DELICIOUS! :D Doesn't look crazy from the outside, but it is very nice inside with a cozy vibe and modern look. Interior and bathrooms were very clean, and we were severed quickly. People were friendly (and patient) and the drinks were good! Will definitely be coming back here!

  TERRIBLE! I had to dinners to-go, the meat was DRY, salmon was very small and overcooked, cabbage dry, rice/beans salty, the macaroni had no taste-just boiled baby noodles stuck together, and the jerk sauce taste like steak sauce with added seasoning… the wait time has always been bad and the hosts is 50/50 with the type of service you’re gonna get. The red flag should’ve been the writing on the white-board behind the counter that said “now hiring new cooks”…… whatever changes they’ve made in the last year will be their downfall! I wouldn’t feed that crap to my dogs! Get it together or shut it down
