I tried to call and be civil but they wanted to argue…… I ordered two fajita meals and didn’t receive any tortillas……. I had to go and purchase the tortillas so we can have our meal…. I ordered a 10.00 queso and didn’t receive that….. the manager told me he saw them put it in my bag, then said he needs to check his system? And to be honest, I needed that queso for the rest of the dry food….. whenever I Grubhub I have an issue, I have to call and remind them that I paid extra for them to fry the burrito and they never fry it! I’m not trying to be a witch, but just give me what I purchased please…. I’m begging at this point….. the last time I was in store, I believe the server judged me by my looks……yes I rock colorful hair and I’m respectful. Really disappointing because I was just a server and was blessed after my mom passed away recently so I have been trying to bless people in my industry…… everyone has failed me…… and I still tip over 20% to let them know that I’m serious …… with kindness from Kiley, to Rueben that I spoke with tonight ….
