- AGAlyxis Griffith5 days ago1.0The manager here, Jack “don’t worry about it”, should probably not be a manager. Ordered through app at 5:40pm. It is now 7:24pm. Still no food but it was apparently “delivered” called store at 6:45pm, they said their app is down but have no other info for me and can’t tell me at all when their delivery driver may have left the store. My husband went up there to find out what is going on and no one knows anything. Managers only response is he just got here 15 min ago and his last name Is “don’t worry about it”. Probably the same manager that said one time to send our order of wings dry because they were out of the sauce we asked for instead of maybe calling and asking if they could do something different… communication skills are top notch here.

On the tracker it said it was delivered at 8:18pm but there was nothing on my porch but on the tracker it said it was delivered. Also I got an email said “this not how the delivery is supposed yo go” or something to that affect and I can put a ss. I called about like 4 different times and the first two they tried to make it seem like I was dumb and I didn’t do everything they said to do. They said they’ll call the driver my second to last time calling and by that time I didn’t even want my order anymore I just want a refund. I called the last time and they saying “on our end it said it was delivered and I should check outside” wen I’ve been checking for almost an hour. They tryna get me a free pop on them and my order after their driver probably ate my food. I’ll give an update if I get my money back.

The sandwiches the bread was over toasted all 4 of my sandwiches was burnt, the bites was dried out. Very disappointed in this location. I have never had food this bad at any location.
