  This location is terrible with delivery. They mark orders complete to make it look like they delivered it then show up an hour later and act like everything is okay. I’m so easy going , if you’re gonna be late let me know and I’ll be okay with it. But instead they just mark it complete and have you looking out your windows hungry, confused and angry. It’s like this every time. I’ve opted to just ordering for pick up. It turns an hour and a half wait to a 15 min wait. Sucks for all the people that can’t drive there tho… ps , I ordered an hour and a half ago and I’m still waiting.

  Stopped by this location & I have to say the service, food & atmosphere was great! Marla was amazing & very welcoming! It feels good to go into a restaurant where employees actually love what they do instead having attitude. Thanks again Marla you Rock!

  So i ordered a pizza the permesan stuffed crust with my choice of toppings on it and then i said it will take 21 minutes for delivery and unfortunatly i waited for my pizza for 1 and half hour and then when the delivery person came he hand over my pizza to me when i saw none of them is mine though and I really disappointed with this…waited for 1 hour and then recieving a pizza that never belongs to me really…totally disappointed i lost my 80 points that I redeemed for this…never do this with anyone 🙏

  Ordered on app. Got message that it was delivered and it never was! Drove to location while i tried calling and was told the app was glitching. My order was still there cold. Wasn’t offered any discount or refund

  Our order has shown that it was delivered for an hour. I have been on hold for 20 minutes at the store even after waiting. Where is our order? Where is the staff? Where are the store managers? The world may never know. But our food is not here and it's been 2 hours. Contact me. Seriously this is nonsense. I know this is a staffing issue, pay your people more money and they won't quit. Update: Spoke with a store manager and she assisted me with a credit for half of my order. I had been on hold for 35 minutes and drove to the store to get answers so this was still not an optimal experience. Will they answer when I call to use the credit? Update: Attempted an order on new years day, expecting to be able to use my credit promised. General manager of the store was a no show and no one could issue me my credit. Was promised to be reached out to by a district manager the following day. Still have not been refunded for my order that was cancelled after no updates for 2 hours. Was on hold on the phones for 25 minutes before an employee who was rightfully pissed off that their store manager no showed explained the situation. District manager, ball is in your court. Contact me and get me my refund.
