Had ordered a burrito and paid the extra for queso and it wasn't included in order on side. Half the time they hand me the food at the pick up window and walk off, then I gotta wait how ever long to get the ordered drinks they forgot.

Natalie went above and beyond to explain the options and had an incredible disposition despite it being late and near the end of their work day. People like that just lift up everyone else around them. Again, despite it being late, the food displayed very well and was fresh. Heck, even the guacamole looked fresh......not something you'd expect to see late at night. I got my order to go and it tasted as good as it looked. I usually go to the Crown Point location as its closer for me. Moving forward, I'll make the drive to Merrillville. Thanks again Natalie!
