  We had a party of 10 go into BDUBS on 2/26/26 we were greeted with the kitchen is about 30 mins behind, we said not a problem could we still sit and order drinks because a few of us wanted alcoholic beverages before dinner- host said no problem so we sat. We weren’t greeted until 35 minutes after being sat, they wouldn’t let us order alcohol from the bar to bring to the table which wasn’t a problem. We just went back to the table. After the 35 mins, we ordered drinks and appetizers- it took an additional 15 minutes for some pops and waters to come out- 2 were wrong, 1 didn’t get her drink at all, then the alcohol never came. The apps also never came. Manager never came over to the table to apologize- no smiles, no customer service at. Absolutely horrible service. We had a baby as well and not offered a high chair. To add, they were still sitting tables, greeting those tables, and their food was out.

  It took 1 hour to get me my food then 5 people at my table found hair in their drinks and food and their was 13 of us

  Waited while people walked out , eventually walked up and asked for a table and was told she would be right there . As they stood there and watched us around the bar as we waited . We walked out horrible service and no one answered the phone while we stood there waiting.

  Me and my friends are starting a tradition where we watch the Superbowl together every year. We chose Buffalo Wild Wings and it was such a great decision! I'm in love with the nachos

  My wife and I really enjoyed our meal there thanks in big part to our server, Asia. She was really friendly and attentive and made our meal a great experience. The wings and fries were good, (miss the buffalo chips and cheese though) and my wife liked her wrap. We'll definitely go back and hope that Asia will be there!
