Recently they’ve started to have terrible consistency and seems like they are adding more milk than anything and the shakes are really watery/loose. I asked for it not to be so loose and was told I would have to pay an extra 4 dollars for an extra scoop of ice cream. I’ve never heard of being charged to make a shake properly.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
