- BBB5 days ago1.0Absolutely loved the warm welcome we got tonight. Pulled up to Chipotle around 9:25pm and, before we even made it out of the car, we could see the employees inside already thrilled to see us—mouthing what definitely looked like cuss words and giving off that “please don’t come in” energy. It was so inviting that we decided to just rebuckle our seatbelts and leave. Didn’t want to interrupt whatever was clearly more important than, you know, customers during business hours… or risk getting any “extra ingredients” in our food. If you’re open, maybe try acting like it. Just a thought.

Lately they have been forgetting all of my extra sides this I call to let them know they keep forgetting my guacamole and cheese and salsa on the sides . They give me an attitude. I pay good money here , and it’s close to home , if I’m paying for these extras I should receive them .

Im sure it's a fire hazard to have the front doors locked with so many ppl in there. The only door that was unlocked was by the bathrooms which is way smaller than the front doors. I just didn't see the reason for locking doors when they close at 10pm. I don't recommend stopping here.

Despite this, I proceeded with my order. I observed that the corn container was empty, and the manager retrieved additional corn from the back using her bare hands. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning to Chipotle.
