- CDC DielJul 26, 20253.0On 7.26.25 @ 1545, Angie P was 1 of 3 employees@ counter. When my family of 4 was in line, ALONG WITH 6 other visitors; Angie P was the ONLY staff making food- The other 2 males, walked away & NEVER came to the counter to assist with food. Angie had to call to one of the males to come ring customers out, after making our 4 subs. The LACK OF AWARENESS OF SITUATION & TEAMWORK TO ACCOMPLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE was clear. Perhaps the 2 males need retraining on how to partner to accomplish serving food (as they were sitting behind the back wall, chatting). Best of luck!
