    Went in ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a smoothie, didnt get the smoothie, couldnt get anyones attention to fix the issue, so i left figuring my food was getting cold. Get to my truck to eat the fries are room tempreture at best, as well as the quarter pounder. I under stand yall get busy but this wad by far the worst experience ive ever had with mcdonalds. Even when i worled at one.

    They mess up allot of orders. They are not apologetic and give of an air of disregard. I've tried calling to speak with management and Corporate. They make it impossible to speak with anyone. When you can't speak with someone higher up, it tells me they are well aware of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Normally I wouldn't continue to give a place like this my business, but the next McD is 30 minutes away.

    Drive through is the top priority. There’s almost a dozen of us sitting around waiting for our food and at least two people have come back saying they’re didn’t receive their proper items. I and another lady were ignored when we first came in, being the only two people here, and when she placed her order, no one gave her a cup. They then ignored me. I placed an order on their kiosk, and so far it’s been twenty minutes and I’ve gotten nothing.
