  I said no lettuce so many times the worker laughed as she type it in, got home, guess what was on my tacos

  Ordered food on taco bell app at 8:19 I called the store at 8:58 and was told the food was picked up 30 mins prior, however doordash showed driver waiting on food, the taco bell employee said" sounds like someone is munching on your food and laughs" I politely ask them to remake the food and offer to come pick it up, they tell me no and hangup. I proceeded to call 8 times and got hung up on each time. This is Mccordsville not indianapolis, I expect a little more class than this. The food ended up being delivered... late and cold the driver said they took forever making the food, idc who's fault it is, this is not how we do customer service around here.

  Terrible service, terrible food prep. Super disappointed. No way they really thought this was acceptable to serve.

  I’ve eaten at this location 4-5 times since they opened, and it’s been great! I’ve done mobile drive-thru orders and never experienced a significant wait. Orders have been accurate, and the quality is exactly what I expect from Taco Bell. Initially, I wasn’t sure we needed this spot, since there’s another Taco Bell not too far down the road, but the staff are especially friendly at this location!
