The pizzas were already prepared and sitting on the rack. As I walked in someone yelled be with you in a minute, and then proceeded to make pizzas for new customers. After I stood there 10 minutes looking at my food sitting on the rack and the person was starting to make another pizza. I asked if I could just get my food and go. She said in another second and proceeded to make another pizza. Finally, another guy came out of the back room + asked me who I was got my name. I showed him where my pizzas were and said I just want to go. This whole process took longer than them to cook my pizza. I can't wait for Chicago Pizza to open up in town because customer service means everything to me. Out of 207 reviews 50% are 1 star... Take that for what it's worth...

Mind you, there are other options for pizza so you'd think they'd keep their game up. 100% NOT the case. As soon as we opened the boxes, we were confused and really upset with what we saw. Worse than frozen pizza. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and a philly cheesesteak. Toppings on the 2nd one was so skimpy (cheesesteak is a PREMIUM so they charge you more and there was so little!!!). The crust on both were SO flat... these were regular, no thin (do they even offer thin? wouldnt know) Overall, we won't be back until this place somehow straightens up their situation. Terrible value, and just as disappointing in taste. Also, ordered from their app, they deliver via Doordash which, doesn't sync. Your money is probably better spent elsewhere.
