- PSPT SchramMar 28, 20261.0I was beyond shocked when correct change cash was refused and my bill was rounded up and “The Government” was the reason given. Yes, it is only minor cost, but why should I pay more for paying cash? It doesn’t make sense for a merchant to refuse correct change currency in lieu of a card as cash has no processing fees. DQ fan team-I called the corporate customer service number shortly after this occurred. Nice job of left hand not knowing what right hand is doing!

Thank you thank you, young lady helped me at drive thru when I was short with a smile and didnt make me feel terrible for making this mistake but helped and with a smile thanku so much
- SSSleddog101Mar 15, 20261.0I walked in and stood there at the counter for at least 2 minutes with my husband ....waiting ..we hear a guy and girl talking in the back. Husband decided to go to the bathroom. Younger teenager looking dude comes out and asks if I need help . I say I am looking at menu ad husband is walking out of bathroom. Employee says okay and disappears again. Husband comes out and we decide what we want to eat . We wait again. Finally, guy comes out again and says are you ready to order ? Husband says yes and the guy says , oh ... Our grill is down by the way .. well, I just wasted 10 minutes of my life. I just don't know why they wouldn't have a sign posted in the door saying Hey our grill is down rather than having customers standing there and waiting for a good 10 to 15 minutes. We were extremely time crunched and the weather wasn't that great and we got off the interstate to come by and eat, only to be turned away.
