  I love Anderson because it's a quiet and peaceful place. Marion is okay still needs updating in some areas. Kokomo is right up there with Anderson.

  Ordered food about 30 minutes before they closed. Got the restaurant about 945 nobody was in the drive-through pull out the window. They gave us our drinks. We sat there until about a couple minutes before 10:00 PM before they closed. We only live about a mile mile and a half away we got the food drove home, pulled the food out. All of it was cold. The chicken sandwiches were like rubber all the fries were cold. The shredded cheese on the chili cheese fries wasn’t even melted. One of the double stacks only had one Patty of meat. Both double stacks was so cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I figured this was just because I ordered late and they were lazy didn’t wanna make new food and also the fries that we got were completely ice cold. I took pictures at 10:05 PM less than five minutes After we got home for the restaurant after we sit in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes being the only car there now I assume they had to sit there so they could give us all the old food and then by the time we left and even drove the 1 mile home and would call back To complain, guess what they never answered the phone so then I called the next day to complain to the manager and have this receipt for the $25 with the food. She says that she can’t replace it because we never called back the same day as the order, but they didn’t give us our food until two minutes Before closing and they said that managers are there after they close at 10 for 30 or 45 minutes I told her I would show her the call log of me trying to call which I’m gonna add on here the two times I tried to call nobody answered And then basically told me that it’s my own fault because I didn’t call that night to complain, but they were closed because they gave him the food at closing. This is the worst restaurant and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life in the food is garbage do not ever go to this restaurant.

  Food was made to order and fresh. As well as fast. The staff is pretty good but can look a little shabby sometimes. I’ve waited at the register for someone to take my order while several staff members saw me. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but don’t love not being acknowledged. Overall a great experience for fast and fresh food. Mostly clean besides the odd left over trash on a chair.

  My family likes this Wendy's best in Marion, IN because the order takers actually listen and the people making our order are accurate as well.
