  Order a quesadilla and supreme crunch wrap and the food was cold . 10/10 don't recommend order during the night shift they suck.

  Why would this taco bell except doordash orders that contain beef in all the products we ordered then have the doordasher call and say there is no beef! This store is constantly a issue! Just shut it down if you cant get it together! And corporate does absolutely nothing crazy they dont take nothing serious!

  For the past several months, my husband and I have been coming in, sometimes last (past 10 pm) and sometimes not. We would always ask first if there are black beans, because the first time we came there were none after ordering. They don’t do refunds, and black beans and rice are my main go tos. This last time, I ask before hand, was told they had it, and after placing the order, they told me they actually don’t have black beans. The manager gave us some free taco coupons (that I personally won’t use, but my husband will) because this has happened several times. They write a note to have me get some free black beans and rice (Cora of both because that is what I ordered and paid for) next time. Queue today. I go in, and they remember. They go to make it, and they add cheese for some reason? I can’t eat cheese. And it didn’t have extra of either. As they go to remake it, they run out of rice, and they give me just a normal portion. Attached is the picture of what I was given. This place is terrible with their customer service and ensuring they take care of the customer. I can’t believe a Taco Bell would run out of something so important at 7 PM (which is the time I went last.) Just having a single bite while typing this, the rice I really, really old and bad. Dried, hard, and not even extra amount that was originally paid for. This is absurd and shouldn’t happen. If this is district manager issue, they need to be talked to by higher up because this experience is appalling for a Taco Bell.
