  You wait forever and the cook comes out to smoke with the door open and blows his nasty smoke inside.

  My food was cold after i sat in the line for 20 minutes. There was lettuce in my CHICKEN quesadilla. I asked for extra sauce and there was absolutely none. And they didn’t even give me a back or napkins or anything. Just handed me the quesadilla that was made wrong. And some how cold and not cooked. This is the worst taco bell i’ve ever gone to. DO NOT SUGGEST, go to mcdonald at least they will make your food hot and it will be cheaper and the staff there is WAY nicer.

  It's 1:27am as I'm writing this. I placed a mobile order at 12:23am, I arrived at 12:27am. I have been sitting in the drive thru that long! I understand a short wait, especially when it's busy maybe 10-15 minutes. This is ridiculous though! Management needs to get this one figured out because, this is clearly not a one off occurrence if you read other reviews. Hire more employees or something! Our order literally was $15! There is no reason to be waiting this long!

  The inside was messy took the manager had to get workers to work which makes sense because there was like 5 people trying to make tacos drive thru takes about 5-10min going inside took about 30-60 minutes

  Worst fast food restaurant in all of Marion. Not even worth trying to order food from here. They left items out of our DoorDash order and the items that were delivered were all made incorrectly (missing ingredients). We contacted DoorDash support and reordered the items that were missing and made wrong, on our second reorder, AGAIN, every single item was made incorrectly. This time, there were the correct number of items, but two of them were missing ingredients and the third burrito had spicy sauce added to it (which is not even included on this item on the menu). Our DoorDash driver stated that the employees were loudly talking poorly about us and other customers in the lobby, and also said they were incredibly rude to the driver too. After our second attempt was delivered and everything was made incorrectly, we tried to make a third order, paid (not through support), which was only one burrito. This, once again, arrived made incorrectly; it did not have the sauce removed as requested and then again they also added an additional spicy sauce which is not included in the recipe for this burrito. Very disappointed in the poor quality of food, frustrated with the crappy service and bad attitude of the employees, and to be honest feeling very sorry for the poor DoorDash drivers who had to take the brunt of this whole mess. Will not be ordering from this Taco Bell probably ever again.
