  My God... every time I order from this taco bell I wait, at minimum, a half an hour in the drive thru. I can't continue to eat taco bell anymore. They're undermanned, underpaid... I haven't met a single tb employee who isn't apathetic or just lazy.

  Extremely long wait time in drive thru. Waited over 15 minutes at the window for 2 tacos, 2 bean burritos and fries. I added an online order on the app WHILE we waited at the window. Still waiting on that order inside for about 12 minutes so far and there is still someone waiting who was already waiting inside when we got here. There are at least 3 employees and Noone seems to know what's going on or how long anyone has been waiting. It is 10:52pm. I've never had to wait this long at any "fast" food place...EVER.

  Rude slow and if someone can tell me why it takes 4 cars 45 minutes to get through drive through. The portions are always skimpy and if the foods not cold its burnt. Also I learned if you didnt/cant fold a burrito you just fold twice and make a triangle out of it so you make a mess

  To keep a long story short, a couple weeks ago they sent me to the other end of Marion to the other T.B. location because they were out of everything and wouldn’t give me a refund (mind you this is after I waited over an HOUR). I don’t leave a review then because I was hoping it was a fluke, I’ve never had an issue with this location before. I get in, get my food, and get out, no longer than 20 mins even on a busy day. Today, I waited 30 mins, just for my cheese on my food to be burnt, and getting 2 pieces of smushed chicken in a burrito I paid $7 for. I don’t know if it’s a change in management/employees that has made this location lacking, but I’m hoping they get it figured out soon. I like this location and it’s sad that all of my most recent experiences have been sub-par at best.

  Not much positive to say about this Taco Bell... I've grabbed food here a handful of times over the past few weeks and my experience has been subpar. Drive-thru times are awful during the evening - if theres several cars in line, you'll likely be waiting 20+ minutes to leave with your food. I have waited in line for 40+ minutes before (on 12/20/25 around 7pm) with no option to leave bc of how the drive-thru lane is situated. Day-shift seems to have their ducks in order though, as I haven't had this problem before 5pm. The food is average - items taste good but don't have much substance, and are by no means made consistently. Asking for double meat does nothing so you pay extra for no additional meat. Staff are overall unremarkable, with some folks offering incredible service, while others are lacking. Have yet to have anyone outright rude though, so there's that. Unfortunately, cannot recommend either Taco Bell location in Marion. Your money is better spent elsewhere :\
