    Since I can't leave multiple negative reviews, I'll update this one every time. Its been going for a few years now. Multiple times within the past 2 years I have tried to eat here and they are either out of food, or "their system is down". 5/19/22 at 10:30pm their "system was froze" again. 5/27/22 at 1:55 PM their "system is down" again. 10/7/22 8:55 PM going thru the drive thru "We are not taking orders at this time" 11/4/23 9:30pm Service was quick, but order was completely wrong. 11/15/25 4:30pm I tried to go in to grab a quick Baja Blast Freeze, and it took 20 minutes to get it, after I had to ask about it.

    Went thru the DT and drove away. It took 23 minutes and while we were waiting 2 employees came out to take a smoke break. It's to bad that upper managemeny can't trust employees to do there jobs anymore.

    Waited at the front counter for 30 minutes while I heard the employees in the back laughing and cutting up, finally they come to ask me what I need and then they start a doordash order I had been waiting to pick up for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Absolutely unacceptable and this type of behavior is just disgusting. Lobby was also dirty.
