  I ordered a rally burger, small fry for my father and a large fry for myself. The cheeseburger sucked and the fries were over cooked.

  Evrything is Just Perfect the workers make you feel welcomed and respected! They offer great deals and great food! Especially that I’m from california this service is 10/10 Most recommended to eat here!!! I also HAVENT got Thier name but the main 2 men upfront were perfect the manager is even kinder he even promod my food to a deal since I was a couple $ short

  When they get it right they get it but when it comes to late night Doordash orders they are trash. I've tried ordering three times from them in the past couple of weeks and each time they've marked my orders as being prepared. As far as the first order went, the food was supposedly never made and the Dasher cancelled the order. The people in the store supposedly refused to make it despite it being before their closing hours. Second time the Dasher delivered it to the wrong address but blamed Doordash (my address has been consistent with other deliveries) and the store for marking the orders wrong. This is a Dasher issue for not paying attention but it is the store's issue for placing the right tags on the wrong orders (unless the Dasher was lying). Tonight I placed an order before their closing time, had the order confirmed through a Dasher, and it was marked as being prepared by the store. Dasher showed up to the store and, when they got ahold of me, said that they were closed/not preparing the order AGAIN despite me being told the order was being prepared. Don't order through these people on Doordash. Even if you stop through the store personally, don't expect to have the correct order. They either hire on people who don't care or they hire on people who take your food in the late hours.

  Got the Double Big Buford. My burger was slightly cold but this is my fault as I ordered un app then had to drive to pick up and it was sitting for a few minutes. Burger was good. As ordered. It wasn't burnt or over cooked. Was still juicy. Fries were still warm and really good. I got a free leg fry in app so was only little over $6 for the burger as I already had a coke. Will eventually go back when im in marion again.
