  Terrible food, terrible service, terrible price. No communication with the customer when orders cannot be delivered after being ordered and paid for. Always using the “Understaffed” excuse when their incompetence is what is creating the issues. Ashley is a joke of a manager. She has no problem solving skills whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs.

  The food has always been good, but the timing has been a consistent problem. The last couple of times we’ve ordered, the pizza has been at least 30 minutes past the promised time. This most recent order was placed at 11am for a 5pm pickup, and when I arrived I was told it would be another 30 minutes. We didn’t end up getting the pizza until after 6pm. If scheduled pickup times are offered, they really need to be honored.

  No one is ever working there anymore! We order and go to pick it up and it’s another 30 min wait because one person is working there. Why? The quality of this store has seriously deteriorated. We won’t be coming back again!
