  I had the unfortunate honor of eating at this establishment Monday 11/11/25 and Tuesday 11/12/25. On Monday I ordered some Cheeseburgers with Extra Mustard and Extra Pickle. Imagine my horror when I unwrapped my cheeseburgers only to find one pickle on the cheeseburger and a light splooge of mustard. This was irritating but I decided to give them another shot the next day. I ordered again some cheeseburgers on Tuesday again with Extra Mustard and Extra Pickle. Apparently the lady taking my order is deaf. Instead of extra mustard and extra pickle I was shocked to see on the receipt that she put No Mustard No Pickle No Onions and extra Ketchup. Needless to say I will drive to the other McDonald’s location instead and will give them the chance to compete in this battle of the deafest cashier! 👎🏿

  Tired of coming in at 5:30 in the morning.No other customers in the store and have to wait two to five minutes to be waited on will not be back

  The food was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru on the morning of 10/14 and ordered two Big Breakfasts with Hotcakes and Hash Browns. The eggs were cold, dry, overcooked, and crusty. All three pancakes had hard, dry edges and were cold in the middle. The hash browns were oily, dry, and cold with an odd aftertaste. I don’t understand how everything could be dry, hard, and cold when we ate it immediately after receiving it. Additionally, the two small orange juices weren’t even filled to the top. The service itself was quick and smooth — we received our order within about three minutes — but the quality and appearance of the food have really declined at this location.

  Went through the drive-thru on 9/27, at about 3pm. Upon reaching the 2nd window, I asked for a mayo packet in the bag. For whatever reason this proved to be a huge inconvenience to the crew member in the window (red haired younger female employee). She rolled her eyes at me and slammed the window shut as she had to take a whopping 2 steps to the side to grab a mayo packet. HUGE inconvenience I know. That alone was disrespectful enough, but upon handing me my bag through the window, she held onto my bag, not letting go and snapped that "you need to ask for condiments at the first window next time"(which makes no sense, i know condiments are kept in the 2nd window, and every time I ask for condiments at the 1st window, they tell me to remind them at the 2nd window. Make it make sense.) She then finally let go of the bag and slammed her window shut. No way to treat customers, especially over a silly packet of mayo that takes you 2 seconds to grab.
