  We ordered two cheeseburger happy meals at 12:35pm on February 21st in the drive-thru. When we get home, the kids unwrapped their "burgers" to find there's no meat on either of them.... this McDonald's has more 1 star reviews than I've ever seen. No wonder.

  To the little girl at the 2nd window that was being a smart ass which was unnecessary. I just left there at 5:35pm-5:40. Tried to call but of course they don't answer and also have it to where I can't call thru. Unprofessional

  I placed my order through the drive thru and had to keep repeating my order. I added the 15 percent off of 5 to my account and gave them the code. The code went through but not the discount and I didnt notice till I got my receipt so I brought it to the associates attention. He asked another worker, he then brought it to a short Hispanic lady who then said I didnt use the code and I showed her that I did because I wasnt allowed to use another deal for another 11 min. She told me to get my food and I did but my order was wrong and I told them what I did order and they just gave me an attitude. Then the manager came back and just kept blaming me that I didnt use my code and kept giving me an attitude saying there was nothing she could do. I kept informing her I did that the system mightve just glitched somewhere but no to her it was all my fault. She then started talking very badly about me in English and Spanish to the other co workers while still at the window with me as if I could not understand. This really tested my patience but I still kept my cool and just asked if there could be a resolution and they sent me to another window to wait for the rest of my order. This was so unprofessional and unbelievable the way that I was treated. I hope they dont treat everyone else like this when theres a concern out of the customers reach

  I pulled through drive through last night. They gave me 2 double cheeseburgers that were 1-2 hours old. I pulled back through to have it remade. They asked for my sandwiches back then flipped the same reg patty’s over and tried to give it back to me when I asked them to make it fresh. The girl in the front drive and the guy that gave me my card back after I just had them refund it were both rude. McDonald’s as a whole keeps getting worse when other companies get better. I’m completely done with all McDonald at this point
