There's a reason dairy Queen is offering the deals cheap. The quality of food is absolutely downhill. At the time of the visit it's like a ghost town. Only two people working and not much going on. The drink dispenser for order in the drain was clogged backed up water leaking onto the floor. The place feels like it's just not cared for. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating there.

Took 10 minutes to get to the window, which wasn't too bad, but then waited another 10 after I paid. All this while 5 employees (looked like teenagers) messed around , laughing , then was given a blizzard that had very little butterfinger in it. I left and then went right back as I am tired of being ripped off like this. Showed it to the girl behind the counter and she said it was right, can only put 2 scoops now. I couldn't hardly even see any candy. It tasted like vanilla ice cream. So I left and threw it away on my way out. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know. So basically paid $5.82 for nothing.

Finally got the attention of another person who handed me my blizzards that now were melting. I also noticed one of mine was made wrong and they said the manager said they could not fix it. I will never set foot in there again!

A Turtle Sundae is NOT a Turtle Sundae unless it has soft serve vanilla ice cream. pecans, hot fudge topping, hot caramel topping & (in some locations) whipped cream & a cherry. This is straight off the DQ Website. No mention of beibg charged extra for what is advertised as the standard ingredients. So i changed my order to a medium Heath Blizzard & we did not pay our bill until 9:35. A full 20 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru. Im not sure ill be back after this. Id appreciate an answer for the Sundae. We'll see if anyone reaches out to me on this review.
