  Do not order the Cinnabon pull- apart! Rather than a fork they should offer a chisel for this to "pull-apart!" I would be ashamed to serve something so bad. It is dry and hard and tasteless. And the icing is bitter. Come on Wendy's! Everything else I've ordered at this Wendy's is generally pretty good. The service is generally good too.

  Was working on a 3 week project nearby and relied on this spot for lunch. It was fast and hot every time I went, and the lobby & restroom was clean. What more can I ask for 🙌

  I went into Wendy’s tonight with one of my daughters and she had a gift card. She ordered on the kiosk which I had cash for $20 bill. I did not want to use a card. I want to use my cash. I walked up to the counter and one of the employees in the back called, somebody said there’s somebody at the front counter and that person in the back so tell him to use a kiosk my reply to that individual in the back as of tonight at 7:40 PM I am a cash paying customer. I am not using a card cash tonight then the guy from the drive-through came over and said I’ll take care of you even though I’m not supposed to, but I will. I hope management gets this. I hope somebody else gets this not everybody wants to use a kiosk no matter if they got one card in your pocket or 500 cards in your pocket some people likes to use good old American cash to pay for their food as I said I hope somebody in upper management get this because it’s not the first time the last time this happened I walked out and I refused to use the kiosk because there’s three or four other people standing in the back talking and don’t wanna walk up to do a job. Have a nice night. I hope somebody in upper management gets this like I’ve said several times good night and goodbye.

  Went there yesterday for lunch And the food was very good, not super greasy, we asked for no salt and they followed unlike most places. Food was very good and fresh 10/10 lunch time experience. Very clean establishment .

  Ordered lunch through the drive thru, pulled around and checked my order, burger looked ok, chili was missing cheese and a spoon. Went in to get it corrected, because you have to pay for cheese, they put 5 little shreds of cheese on it. Really thatvis all you get and they didn't give a spoon with my drive thru order and acted like it was my fault. How about you just do you job and produce a quality meal and you might get more customers back. Wendy's used to be the place you could go and get quality food thatvwas consistent, anymore it seems that customer service has gone out the window and customers are a bother, even tho I spent $12 on a burger, chili and drink.
