  If I could give the staff at this location 100 stars I would. When I placed an order for delivery… I was unaware their delivery person wasn’t going to be available. Being at work… I couldn’t pick up my lunch myself. When I reached out, the lady who answered the phone was so sweet! I was told they’re understaffed and I completely understood. It happens. I I was offered a refund. She also asked “If we can find someone to bring it to you within half an hour, do you still want your order?” I said “Sure, but if it’s not possible… I’m not upset. Just focus on what you can do for other customers. I’ll be fine. Just have a great day.” Well, they found someone to deliver my lunch. They didn’t have to. They went above and beyond. And I appreciate it so much. Thank you, Madison JJ staff! You’re the best!

  Ordered the chicken bacon ranch and there was only a paper thin layer of chicken placed on the bottom of the sandwich with maybe one strip of bacon. My first initial look at my sandwich I thought "where's the meat at?" and began to open it up to look. It wasn't even a complete layer either. Service was good but the sandwich was a disappointment for sure. Not too crazy about returning.

  Sorry Jimmy but the people of Madison don't know how to accept new good things into their town. So you will have a bunch of ignorance in your reviews. I will on the other hand leave you a killer one. First time you guys were so busy you ran out of bread. Not a big deal I'll eat different bread. But everyone was so nice and courteous and the food was superfantabulous! LIKE ALWAYS! So keep up the good work and we will most definitely be back

  ETA: removed 2 stars. Please cut sandwiches and pickles when it's requested. Please make sure your delivery drivers leave orders at the right address. "Manager" could have cared less when this was brought to her attention. Welcome to Madison! Ordered online and had a short wait in the drive thru, you wouldn't have been able to tell it was their first day open! The food is fresh and tastes amazing, I got a beach club and my mom got a pepe and we split a huge pickle. Already looking forward to my next visit to redeem my free sandwich for registering for their rewards program :)
