I simply asked for some actual Oreos in my Oreo blizzard and was told I would be charged extra because they are already Oreos in my blizzard (which there were barely any). And was immediately refused service, when I came in and showed them that It was basically a vanilla shake. They continue to get smart with me and immediately refuse service. Apparently teenagers, understand that yes they have the right to refuse service. But it doesn't mean that you have the right to abuse that right. I don't expect it to go anywhere, because it's just another big chain corporate box store. But it's pathetic! And I won't be back, that particular franchise is useless anyways because all they have is a microwave so don't expect any real food.

Also wish this store was full menu and would do thick blizzards. They won't do the upside down delivery.
