  Eggs were cold, missing butter and syrup for hot cakes, no silverware. Overall very sad breakfast. Will never order breakfast from here again.

  When this McDonalds hits, it hits well. That’s unfortunately all I have to say that’s positive about this location. If I ever order more than one large fry in an order here, 3 out of 5 times the containers are not full. I’ve given this feedback several times and have, on multiple occasions, even handed the bag back to fill the fry containers properly. I’d just like to get what I’m paying for without having to ask for it. I’d gladly wait an extra few minutes for a basket of fries to finish.

  Employees were friendly food was nice and hot. Didn't take long to get our order. Will continue to come to this location when we come down to Lowell

  Why everytime I come through the drive thru the food is always cold and the drinks are never filled up all the way. Like I get home and the nuggets are cold, stale, and chewy. The burgers are cold and taste like they’ve been sitting out for the last 2 hours. It’s bad enough eating at McDonald’s but it’s even worse when the food is disgusting
