  I had a frustrating experience here today. I ordered a shrimp basket with a Sprite and then added a small cheese curd in addition to the fries that come with the basket. The employee even asked if I wanted the cheese curds instead of the fries, and I clearly said no, in addition, and they said okay. When I got to the window, I was handed the shrimp basket but no drink. I had to ask for my Sprite. After that I decided to check my order since the drink had already been forgotten, and I’m glad I did. Instead of the cheese curds I ordered, I was given another order of fries. When I looked at the receipt, it showed that they had rung up extra fries instead of cheese curds, which explains the mistake. When I brought this up, they asked me to pay for the cheese curds. I explained that I had already paid for the extra fries that I never ordered. The manager ended up having me pay the difference between the fries and the cheese curds. I understand that mistakes happen, but what bothered me was being made to feel like the mistake was somehow my fault, when the receipt clearly showed the order had been entered incorrectly. Most places would simply correct the order when it was entered wrong, especially after also forgetting the drink. The employees inside also seemed confused about what was going on, which made the whole interaction more uncomfortable than it needed to be. It wasn’t about the small price difference — it was about how the situation was handled.

  Very rude customer service telling me that they don’t have all day to take an order as a past manager at Taco Bell. That was very poor customer service some Mexican. At the window

  The atmosphere was nice and family-friendly, which makes it a good place to visit with kids or friends. The staff handled orders efficiently, and everything was prepared just right. Overall, it was a very satisfying visit. If you love soft-serve ice cream and delicious treats, Dairy Queen is definitely worth a stop. I will definitely come back again! 🍦😊
