  They always miss and forget items whether I come in myself or DoorDash it even simple items such as nacho cheese and sauce especially night shift it’s not a hard job to do, I’ve worked in fast food it’s not hard to make sure everything is there and double check! I’m tired of paying for things and not getting them also try working faster! Thank you!!!

  Ordered the potatoe bowl without sour cream, came with sour cream, ordered the taco salad without regular cheese, but with jalapeño sauce, came with cheese as well, got there when it opened, was waiting at the counter for 7 minutes slightly making noise so someone would notice me before I finally got service. Also got no fork with my food so I had to go back to get one because I ordered it to go. Food tasted good though.

  Went to buy a quesadilla and the cheese was no melted and the chicken was cold and hard!

  It’s Taco Bell, never expecting much. But the experience a few days ago was enough for this review. Went there to pick up a mobile order and were told that the fryers were down. SUPER bummed cause we got nacho fries. Instead of just having us leave BEE said that if we wait a few minutes she’d run us our food. AND SHE DID. Her attitude was upbeat the entire time from taking our order at the drive thru to bringing us our food several minutes later. Bee deserves only good things. If I could confirm she be there anytime I go, I’d frequent more often.

  There is no customer service. Food is horrible. Small portions. It was cold. Waited 40 minutes to get food or acknowledged by staff. The order was not correct. Will not be going back to Taco Bell. While waiting other customers came in expecting to have their order taken, however after waiting and not being acknowledged they left.
