Ask the counter person about it and the fact it was to be a frozen drink. Her explanation: "We have a new person making drinks." No offer to remake or no apology. I threw the drink away when I got home. Additionally, where is the coffee bean coffee? When they did have it, it was $3 more a bag than I could purchase at stores norrh and south of Logansport.

When I talked to the evening manager about my experience she pretty much shrugged it off stating "yeah, a lot of customers complain about her" and then goes on to tell me that I need to say something to the girl next time I go through. There is never a greeting and never a thank you! Terrible experience time after time. I do not recommend.
