  Buffalo Wild Wings is our favorite restaurant, however, Upon arrival they said its a 30 min wait because kitchen can't keep up, which is totally understandable, but when I asked them to put my name down they said they can't because they dont do reservations, I told them its not a reservation, its called a wait-list, she said well we dont do that here, well people kept coming in and sitting at the bar area ordering food etc, if kitchen can't keep up then why would they let people come in after us and sit in bar area and order food. Now it'll just take longer until we get to sit down. Very unfriendly staff, except our waitress. Food was good! 7 year old daughter said bathroom toilet was leaking, definitely wont be back. If I could give a 0 star I would.

  My coworkers and I (8 of us) went out to eat tonight around 9:40pm. As soon as 2 of my friends walked in to get us a table the waitresses and the manager rolled their eyes and in a rude way sat them down. After 2 other of my friends and I walked in to join the group our waitress came and was being nice at first took our drinks and an appetizer. After she brought the drinks out she started taking 5 of our orders while the other 3 showed up. She took 3 of our orders and didn’t even look over at the other 2 and went to put the order in, so I told my 2 friends to just go up to her and let her know she missed them. They went up to her politely and told her she didn’t take their order so all rude she said “sorry, I forgot” but how do you forget to take all 5 of our orders when we’re sitting there together? Like 5-10 min later the last 3 show up and she walks up to the table points at them and says “I’ll take the drinks for the ones that just walked in” keep in mind sounding RUDE. The 3 said they were ready to order as well and she said “what” and they again repeated them selves and said if they could go ahead and order as well so she’s standing there. They order and as I’m holding the menus to hand them over she yanks them out of my hand and walks away and that’s when we all got up and started getting money to pay for our drinks and appetizers we had gotten. She walks over and said “you guys can just leave this here don’t pay, I don’t even know what I did wrong” like maam this whole time you were giving attitude and yanking stuff out of my hands. We start walking out and the manager starts cussing us out while sitting her big self with her feet up with another guy at the table while playing with her hair. This is literally the worst experience ever. We will definitely not be back and it’s not like it will affect them but the service and food here has gone down so bad. There’s not a time when we would order carry out and food was missing or no one was even attending us. This place is just definitely the worst place you can eat in Logansport with the worst workers as well.

  They are so rude. Megan my waitress the minute we got there had an attitude the whole time. Rolled eyes at us while taking my order and had the audacity to yank the menus out of my hand. then talking stuff about my table. The manager saw everything and didn’t do absolutely nothing.

  Honestly had the worst experience there this last weekend.... the server forgot the silverware.. the fries were hard and overcooked and not like I had before. The traditional wings were smaller than any buffalo wild wings ive ever had. I asked for all flats and its almost as if the cook wanted to have a laugh cause they didnt give me all flats. The server lady did a decent job refilling the drinks though.. never would have thought that this place would get this bad but now its worst than kokomos bubs. I dont think ill be back or order anything else from here...
