  First of all most of the employees are fabulous. On Saturday February 21st 2026 I took my granddaughters here for lunch and first of all we got shorted a sandwich and an order of fries and they did correct that mistake but after eating they wanted ice cream so I ordered a caramel sundae and the cup was barely half full and maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of caramel and when I mentioned it they said that was how much they were supposed to put in them. They could have saved money on lids because the ice cream didn't come close to the top. I still can't believe that they don't serve biscuits and gravy. Almost every time i email the owners you very seldom get a response. I could keep going on but it won't do any good.

  There's usually ALWAYS a 7-10 minute wait to recieve your food, only for it to somehow be cold or taste like it was made pm the previous day and 9/10 something in your order is going to be messed up or completely missing all together! And God forbid you go back to have them correct their mistaķe because the employees as well as managers(night shift) become frustrated & dont have a problem with yelling at you for having the audacity to want what you actually ordered &- paid for & then attempt to accuse you of only coming right back in an effort to "obtain free food". Most of the employees on the evening shift(day shift are wonderful)are extremely rude &, disrespectful & either have no clue how to do their job, or simply just dont want to. Whoever is in charge of the evening crew, definitely needs to supervise more! I have been a very loyal customer for years now, but after a few unpleasant interactions I had with the a cpl disrespectful employees on the evening crew, I may not be going back at all.

  I don’t come here very often for breakfast, first because the grill is much better, second because it’s just all around better. I wanted something quick and easy so I pulled in, the woman taking my order was lovely, very kind. Ordered a bacon egg & cheese McGriddle and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Every. Single time. I order a BACON, EGG & CHEESE BAGEL it’s never right. I mean how? This is the third time in a row. The wrapper the bagel comes in even says “bacon egg and cheese bagel”. Why in the world is there a sausage staring at me? Three times. Why is there a sausage on my BACON egg & cheese bagel? I wouldn’t be mad but three times in a row? are you joking? I’ve just completely given up on the idea of ever getting a bacon egg & cheese bagel.

  My kid wanted to sit inside and eat today and they brought our food out with a side of pocket lint on the tray
