I've ordered pizzas multiple different times from them and it's always the same complaint from my family members and myself. Otherwise everything else is good

I’m a former manager at a different location (moved back home and got a different job), just wanted to say that because outside of one aspect, not many would notice. I ordered 2 pizzas, one 14” handtossed extra sauce extra cheese, one 14” NY style with BBQ sauce, Philly toppings, and cheddar blend. The cheese was phenomenal, my kids and I loved it. The NY style was for my bf, and it shouldn’t have passed quality check. A 14” NY style is a medium dough stretched into a large and cut into 6 large slices. What we received was just a not great medium handtossed. It didn’t meet ANY quality checks, was cut into 8 slices instead of 6, wasn’t stretched correctly…I’d say something about being “overcooked” but I’m well aware that’s out of control for the pizza maker, the ovens are on a conveyor belt and the temp isn’t touched. Also, drive thru smelled like cigarettes, but may be unrelated.
