- JJJadeSep 8, 20251.0Today was the third time I attempted to go through the drive thru. The employee told me that he would be with me after he “filled a walk-in customers order”. And he also told me that he “was the only employee working there”. Which I was very understanding about. However, after waiting for five minutes, and watching people walk in and walk out with orders, they never waited on me. I even drove up to the drive-through window. And didn’t see anybody around. There was stacks of boxes in the drive thru cashier area. This tells me they really don’t want people using the drive-through. If that’s the case, then I would think the management would just close down the drive-through option. I don’t intend to ever come back to this restaurant. Very poor management and no way to contact them.
