  Burger meat on the Arch burger was undercooked, bright red in the middle. Didn't get an order of fries for one of our meals. The only McDonald's that will make you wait 10 minutes for adding espresso to a coffee drink, every single time, pull forward and wait. No other McDonald's does this. Check your order, they forget to put condiments in the bag. Make sure you make sure your food is fully cooked, because while I noticed the bright red raw meat, a child or someone may miss it. If you are going to do something, do it well, or don't do it at all, especially when preparing people food, if it isn't good enough that you would eat it yourself, don't serve it to someone else. The feedback is useless, already did that, no email, no call, no reimbursement, nothing. Not spending more money to drive back to a restaurant and give them another chance to poison us, and we paid for that...

  Steak egg and cheese had no sauce and was so dry. They also forgot my hot sauce for my sausage burrito. Super disappointed.

  Consistently poor service at this location. Staff were rude and the drive-thru took a long time even for a very small order.

  This McDonald’s used to be okay, but now every time I go there is a problem. They consistently forget to give me sauces, even when I pay for them. When I do get the sauce, they seem to substitute it without even asking what I want instead. Over half of the times I’ve ordered the new hot honey, they have given me hot mustard instead. On top of that, whenever I get a shake or McFlurry it is almost never mixed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but there is nowhere to report issues on the app and this restaurant has had these problems for over a year.
