  Service is hit or miss. Always love their veggie sandwich... wish they would being back the sprouts! The new Greek cucumber salad is great!

  We order quite a bit of JJ and we can never get an order delivered within an hour. When calling today I was told "ordering at 11 is our busiest time" and that we should just try ordering after 1pm. The inconsistency of delivery is pretty bad and to the point that I now cannot even eat was ordered due to meetings I now have to go into.

  Pulled into the drive thru at 8:45pm on a Wednesday. Got stared at by all 3 employees with no response via the drive thru window. Checked the closing time, 9:00pm. Lights got turned off at 8:50pm. Not freaky fast to me.
