We are in town for a basketball tournament and needed a late dinner option. Wingstop came through! The restaurant is clean and efficient. The employees gave us excellent customer service. Our food was amazing and fresh. And they did all of this with only two employees working tonight…Wednesday, February 25 around 11:00 pm. They were filling door dash and carry out orders left and right. They deserve a raise!

First time my wife and I have tried Wingstop. Placed an online carryout order and it was ready in 12 minutes. We were very impressed by the size and taste of the boneless wings! The fries were hot and fresh and the seasoning they use is very good. The ranch was also great and lives up to the hype! We will definitely be back here again!

Had a bad experience using the website. Went into the restaurant and the manager resolved the problem immediately. Definitely a good experience. Highly recommend.

First experience at this location. They had been open a week and 1/2. Placed an on line order for lunch the following day for 7 people. Tried to call the following day 45 minutes before my order was to be picked up just to verify they had received it. - No answer after calling 3 times. Had my son drive there to check and verify. They had a power outage and didn’t get my order from the night before. My son showed them my order number from the screen shot I texted him. He waited about 25 min and they did make what was in the screen shot, but not the entire order. I then went in and asked how long it would be to complete the rest of my order - 30-40 min. No manager on duty and didn’t know how to refund my card. Today I went back in to try to speak to the manager. The district manager, Kim, was there and apologize. The manager that was supposed to take this store quit after 5 days open and left all the new employees to fend for themselves. Kim was very helpful and did credit my card back. I definitely do not want them to fail because of a bad management issue that is now fixed. This is why I’m giving them a 5 star. They definitely need our support and understanding for working through a bad situation durning their second week open.
