  Two employees working the whole place, placed an online carry-out order and waited 25 minutes longer than the app said. They were turning people away walking through the door or saying it was going to be a 45 minute wait. Ordered 7 tenders and a large fry, got maybe 10 fries and 6 tenders. Can't even leave a review on the website because this location isn't an option.

  i had a very bad experience with doordash, but the lebanon wing stop was very helpful with my issues. their system was down and the wing stop was very backed up. after coming back in the next day when it was less busy they were able to remake my order and get it to me in less than 15min. give them plenty of warning and order through their app and you’ll be fine. thank you so much to dustin the manager on shift both days for your help. you were very kind and patient with many inpatient customers. i appreciate you and your staff!

  Ordered online & was given a 33 minute wait - got to the store and was told another 30/60 minute wait. I tried to call the store 3 times to see if my order was ready or near completion and instead they cashier picked up the phone and hung it right back up so it would stop ringing. When I went back into the store the cashier was telling another couple their order was “canceled by the delivery driver.” I saw my name on the screen and when it was my turned I asked the girl if she knew how long on a wait it would still be since I was already quoted an extra 30-60 minutes aside from the initial 33 minute wait…she proceeded to tell me “your order likely won’t even be sent to the kitchens screens.” An employee from the back came up to add an order to the 30+ they had sitting on the shelves and counter and asked the girl why these orders are all still sitting up there…she responded with “just start throwing orders away.” I demanded a refund. I understand it’s a Friday and they’ve only been open a week but tonight’s experience was ridiculous. Very disappointed with this location!!

  Went in after driving the 30 minute quote time for food to get there and our order not ready and a new three hour wait time. Asked for refund said it may take up to two days ....won't last long if they can't even handle big game day order

  Grand opening day for lebanon location,I give all the workers props for being behind and have ALOT of people in the store.. some were rude(old people). I waited over 1 hr for my food, but it was HOT ,Fresh And delicious. We will definitely be going back ..
