  First its 1am and they closed early on a Saturday when the hours are till 3am. Second, if you pay for extra items to be added to your meal better check it. Added $7 worth of extra meat and other toppings to my rice bowl and got no extra meat. Barely had any at all. Then hear an employee talking about take product home. Seems the customer pays for extra but doesnt receive it thus allowing the employee to take the product home. Store gets paid for product, customer gets robbed and the employees get free food paid for by the customer. No burrito should cost almost 13 bucks and only have cheese, lettuce, tomatos and a small scoop of meat. Since all product is measured for quanity control and profits, the employee can justify where the product is going bc the customer paid for it but didnt receive it. So the employee walks out with bags of beef, chicken, and whatelse. Your employees are stealing from your customers. This is consumer fraud and stealing. I feel sorry for the franchise owner bc his employees are costing him money closing early on a weekend night. And it smells like dirty feet 🤢🤢🤮

  The incompetence of these workers is crazy. I ordered my items without sour cream, it came with a bunch of sour cream. My fiancee ordered nacho fries, they didn't tell her they were out and just let her leave. She went back and all they offered was a soft taco.

  Service has definitely plummeted here. Used to be great fast service. Last time in drive thru was more than 25 min with only 3 cars in front of me
