  Service has definitely plummeted here. Used to be great fast service. Last time in drive thru was more than 25 min with only 3 cars in front of me

  I ordered 5 things and they managed to get every single one of them wrong. First thing was a drink, they were out of the drink I ordered which is reasonable, I can't get mad at that. Next I ordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes, an item with only three things. I specified no sour cream. They put sour cream. Next item was 2 spicy potato soft tacos (an item with 4 ingredients) that I ordered with no changes. One of them had red onion which I didn't even know taco bell had (it certainly wasn't listed when I ordered it) and the other had tomatoes added (I did not ask for tomatoes to be added, and they aren't on by default). The last thing I ordered was a regular (not a black bean) crunch wrap supreme with no tomatoes or sour cream (which they did not include) but added potatoes and fiesta strips (which they also did not include). They decided to add black beans. On top of all of this, it took 7 minutes of waiting at the order station for them to ask me for the name of my online order. I am not one to type out angry reviews for a place, you can check my review history if you feel so inclined, but I have worked at a taco bell in the past. In fact, I have worked shifts at this specific taco bell, though those shifts were several years ago, so things might have changed. When an order is placed, the exact ingredients (default and additions/subtractions) are listed on a screen at the station where orders are built. It is not possible to mess up 5 of 5 items on an order unless you are literally unable to read or just stupid. Astonishingly bad experience at this taco bell. Don't go unless you don't actually want what you ordered.

  The drinks are more water then the flavor you actually asked for! And, This place is so bare, its honestly sad, plus it's really loud, the door and the chairs, please get higher budget on this place!

  We ordered 2 double beef burritos WITHOUT sour cream and they gave us two grilled cheese burritos WITH sour cream instead, the cheesy Gordita crunch we ordered with no lettuce or ranch had both on it, the chicken strips were very small, burnt, and missing most of the breading, the crunchy tacos had probably a 4th of the amount of meat they usually have on them, and the cinnamon twists AND chips were stale and soaked in oil.
