  I have went here countless times since I’ve moved to the area and every time they usually get something wrong even with carry out but I went in person and ordered a cheesesteak and WAITED AN HOUR for it didn’t receive my water I asked for the entire time and then my food came back with just meat on it literally just meat and a greasy bun then our server or any server at all wouldn’t help me the entire wait time for the food and even after I got it obviously it was wrong it took 30 mins for anyone to check on us I had to ask another server which took the food back and then finally my original server came back after 1 hour and 30 mins. Yes I was counting and asked if the food was good when it wasn’t even infront of me because it had gotten taken back they didn’t even fix the sandwich they just said we’re out of everything all we have is cheese so I didn’t even eat my meat and cheese sandwhich and waited 2 hours already for them to not show up for another atleast 20 mins to pay the bill I will never come back here and suggest you avoid this poor excuse of a restaurant the biggest possible waste of time ever RUINED my night

  Been here several times, and every time the order has been wrong. If you get your food to go, by all the time you get back home your french fries are cold and stale. You can ask for a refund, but if you paid online, it takes 5-7 business days to process the refund and most of the time it never goes through. The service is also really slow. It took them 20 minutes to get a kids grilled cheese out to me on an order that they already messed up.

  I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. I’ve ordered her 4 times since living in Lebanon, and 3 out of those 4 times my order was incorrect. I just came in to pick up an online order, and had to wait 32 minutes for my order to be done. And the staff is unprofessional. While I was waiting I overheard one of the managers (light skin girl with curly hair) say that she doesn’t like one of the servers named River, that’s why she schedules him up close on weekends.

  Christie is a horrible waitress, if she’s in there you won’t have a good time, and everytime I walk in and see her now I’m turning around and walking out it’s not like she deserves a tip anyways my little brother that’s 7 can do better it’s just embarrassing
