Several weeks ago my daughters whole meal was missing, our previous order our wings came bare, and this week they are missing fries for all our orders after waiting in the lobby for out pickup order for 30 minutes. Then when you try to call them, there is no answer. We stopped eating here a couple years ago because of these kinds of issues and returned this year and all has been good up until recently. Can’t wait until wing stop opens because tired on spending money and not getting what is supposed to come. I can understand a mistake here and there, but 3 orders in a row is ridiculous.

Awful, slow service, even in the middle of the day when they are not busy. Nobody answers the phone EVER so do not attempt to call. Close this down and get us a Wings Etc!

My meal was $31 I was charged my bill plus another $90 for someone else’s meal. Then told the gm doesn’t work on the weekends so it can’t be fixed until Monday. I call Monday right when they open and the gm sends someone else to talk to me instead of herself. Our server came up to argue about her tip as I asked for my refund on a meal that was not mine. On top of all this Buffalo Wild Wings has no way to contact someone higher up, I tried calling another location to ask for information and I was told to fight the gm instead because “no one can stand her”.
