  My family & I came in to the establishment end of February, early March & it smelled so bad due to plumbing backing up into the restaurant. Even the health department had to shut it down. It didn’t even seem like the management was going to put the guest first and keep up safe. Let’s not forget to mention the general manager drinking on the shift and talking about employees and leading an unprofessional environment. I came in with my children as well & most of the staff was vaping throughout the building. This location needs to be shut down.

  I’ve visited this location two times and have had two very different experiences. Both times the food and service were great. The only issue I’ve had is the atmosphere, a lady at the bar who identified herself as the General Manager continuously drank, smoked a weed vape pen, and gossiped heavily about her employees. This made me very uncomfortable and took away from my experience. The second time I visited the food was to standard and the service was to standard. The staff was very attentive and we were greeted by a very nice biracial assistant manager who made sure we were served in a timely manner as her staff was slammed due to a shortage and heavy customer rush. I will be visiting again, but won’t be dining in if I see that General Manager on duty. I commend those employees for having the strength to endure the disrespect and unhelpful unprofessional behavior of their General Manager.

  Toilet seat still feces stained. Been 2+ weeks since I was told it was getting fixed. Starting to realized nothing ever gets done around here

  Toilet seat is still stained a week later. The district manager is also here today, I have left several messages with the hr to get me in contact with him. He refuses to call back. I asked an employee today to ask him to come talk to me. He refused to come out and talk to me instead he is in the kitchen cooking with no hair net or gloves on.

  I have went here countless times since I’ve moved to the area and every time they usually get something wrong even with carry out but I went in person and ordered a cheesesteak and WAITED AN HOUR for it didn’t receive my water I asked for the entire time and then my food came back with just meat on it literally just meat and a greasy bun then our server or any server at all wouldn’t help me the entire wait time for the food and even after I got it obviously it was wrong it took 30 mins for anyone to check on us I had to ask another server which took the food back and then finally my original server came back after 1 hour and 30 mins. Yes I was counting and asked if the food was good when it wasn’t even infront of me because it had gotten taken back they didn’t even fix the sandwich they just said we’re out of everything all we have is cheese so I didn’t even eat my meat and cheese sandwhich and waited 2 hours already for them to not show up for another atleast 20 mins to pay the bill I will never come back here and suggest you avoid this poor excuse of a restaurant the biggest possible waste of time ever RUINED my night
