  Despite my order mobile taking over 20 minutes to receive, I want to really thank Kelly for helping and making things right. When received my order was hot and fresh. I greatly appreciate it.

  I drive for doordash i I arrived at 230am and the store says they close at 3am and my customer had already had terrible experiences ordering late as he addressed to me as I was commuting with him while sitting at the drive thru box for 20 mins and then moved to the drive thru window for atleast another 15 to 20 mins with no one on the speaker and no one at the window. After about 30 to 45 mins total sitting waiting on my doordash order a lady finally came to the window and says to me that nybdoordash order was picked up around 2ish and that they closed around 2 but their store says they close at 3am????? Sooo did some one really pick up my door dash order or did she shut things down early to leave early and just didnt/couldnt make my door dash order for my customer which yet again gave him a terrible experience i will never come back to this store and that lady should absolutely be fired for closing early very unprofessional and unethical

  I went to the Wendy’s today (2/27/26)on Pendleton Pike around 3 PM and had the two loveliest ladies at the window. I had paid it all quarters lol and they made sure that I was not embarrassed, rushed, and even cracked some jokes which made me laugh (I love to laugh!. I would go again just for them and the food was good too!! thank you two the girls @ the window 🥰
