Fights over appropriate amount of sauces (they like to stiff you. Pay for 10? You'll get 5.), and a lot of times it's an argument to get stuff corrected. My last straw was tonight, when my Frostys were just completely missing from the order, and I had to go back and get my sauces fixed because they gave me the wrong sauces. Then I get home and the food is just cold, not lukewarm, just cold. Management needs to be reviewed if they believe any of this is acceptable in customer service. Train your people to be accurate over fast, and to not assume the worst. And don't tell a paying customer they're wrong when you don't give them what's on the receipt.
