  You guys need to clean the cooking oil, it’s dirty. You can taste it in the food. It’s always dirty (floor is oily, air is muggy and smells weird) in the lobby.—[Oh, and the outside area always smells weird for some reason. And, it’s only Wendy’s, ‘cause Texas Roadhouse doesn’t smell like that and neither does the mall, which is right across the way…] I only go in there with my friend when she wants something (on our way to class), and I don’t usually buy anything. But, today I tried the wedges and could tell the oil wasn’t cleaned properly or at all. I also tried one of the breakfast sandwiches a while ago and it was unpleasant. The staff is always friendly, though. So, at least you guys have that. But, the hygiene practices are clearly subpar. Do better.

  Pulled up to place my order. Speaker was fworking properly. The order taker was waiting for me when I pulled up, there was no waiting in line. Placed order pulled up paid for it. They promptly handed me the drinks then my bag of food and I pulled away. The fries were just out of the fryer good n hot! Wendy's is usually kinda expensive but my Baconator and Chocolate frosty was well worth it.

  DON’T COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I came to Wendy’s today hoping to have a nice lunch experience, which I did NOT get. I walked in and decided to do a mobile order but the app is terrible and would not let me. So I walked up and got in line behind a very hostile African American woman. After a while the line has not moved so I ask the lady if she is waiting to order or not, she says she’s in line here, which is not at all what I asked but it’s fine. So I scoot up a little bit and she tells me very aggressively that she is not done and I need to get away from her. I am standing around 5 feet away from her and not crowding her at all. Thankfully she leaves after talking to the worker for about 10 minutes, trying to order something and giving up on it. So I get up to order and while the worker was nice she was very unintelligent. Then after I order I want to go to the bathroom and wash my hands but the bathroom is disgusting, it smells horrendous, and there is what I can only imagine is urine all over the floor. So I quickly leave and wait a pretty long time for my food. When I go up to get it I ask some questions about my food and just the overall experience I was having. The worker gets hostile and sarcastic. So as I’m taking my food the worker says they made my frosty wrong and if I didn’t like it they would remake it, the frosty tasted terrible and when I went back up to the front I found out the wouldn’t remake it, and they lied to me. Wow I think that is just the cherry on top to my terrible experience. So once again, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!
