  Good took forever and was wrong. My partner had customized theirs to remove the spicy sause, and it was still there.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Taco Bell. Not only did they lose my order, but I was left waiting nearly an hour past the expected pickup time with no clear communication or urgency from the staff. That alone is frustrating, but it gets worse. I paid for a large drink with my order, only to be told when I finally received it that they didn’t have any large cups available. Instead of offering a refund or any kind of solution, I was handed a small drink as if that was an acceptable substitute. It’s not—I paid for a large and didn’t get what I was charged for. On top of the service issues, the overall food quality was poor. The items I received were sloppy, poorly made, and didn’t match the usual standard you’d expect. It honestly felt like no care or attention was put into the order at all. Between the excessive wait time, losing my order, incorrect drink size, and subpar food quality, this was a very frustrating experience. I won’t be returning unless there are serious improvements in both service and quality.

  Waited an hour on food. Watched them make about a hundred orders before giving anyone in the store their order. Manager didn't care about food or customers. When we finally received our food, short blonde lady was rude about giving it to us because we asked for a refund. We took the food because we were hungry and had an hour to go to drive home. Got in the car, bean burrito was called and flat. Chicken chulupa was over done and gross. We went back for a refund. If you go here, go thru drive thru because they don't care about in house orders. Don't order doordash either because those orders had and hour wait or more. Workers did not care about how the food turned out either and soda machines were out completely. Tasted like water. The sweet tea was good and that was it. Left very disappointed and dissatisfied.

  The last 3 times I’ve been to this location (visits were several months apart) and each time I waited over a half hour just to place my order. Drive though had a couple cars backed up but nothing crazy, literally no one in the lobby so I’m not sure why it’s takes the staff so long to process a simple taco order. And even if you do finally get your food after an hour it’s either cold, missing several items or just plain uneditable. Whole staff needs to go back to taco school. There is absolutely no reason for this level of horrible.

  Started out with a cone in the mobile order line, turned into a 20minute wait to have the one car in front of me order then was told it would be a 15 min wait because they ran out of beef! At the window the lady was super friendly, but I watch her dump something out of a bucket and then SCOOP ICE OUT OF SAID BUCKET FOR MY DRINK! There is 5 ice cubes if that in my drink, but I’m more worried about why the ice was in a bucket and for how long has it been in there. Missing my aqua refresca that my partner ordered for $5. Lady was super nice the whole team is no doubt stressed. But where is the management making a run to get beef or get new ice? Total time at store: 50mins
