  Despite low bar for expectations, this location always manages to dive deeper under the bar. It didn't seem busy when I arrived, but neither of the two ordering kiosks were functional, with both having issues not registering touch, or not allowing selections to be made. One was also hanging crooked, and looked like it was about to fall off the wall. Upon finding it impossible to complete an order, I had to shout to get the attention of an employee in the back, then wait for someone to come up to take orders at the register. Even then, I had to try multiple cards before it would accept payment. (There was no reason for any of them to have been declined) None of the employees seemed surprised or concerned by the non-functional state of their ordering system. The food was fine, when it came out, but getting to that point was almost not worth rhe hassle.

  Horrible. I ordered 4 items with additions and didn't get any of them despite paying for it. Don't waste your time or money.

  I went through drive thru tonight and was being very nice I decided to change an item and wanted to remove it. Next thing I know another women is coming over head set and tell me she didn’t like how I was speaking, then proceeds to argue with me when I say I’m not being rude at all! She then says she didn’t like the pitch in my voice?! Like sorry my voice is something that bothers you. Needless to say I left! She was extremely rude and as an employee should’ve never spoke TO me how she did. She was the only one with an attitude

  I will not be returning to this Taco Bell! I had a door dash order that was placed at 9:54pm. It was a simple order, three burritos, four drinks. The store was not busy inside and out, I had waited until 10:30pm for this said door dash. I was disgusted by the lack of supervision from mangers and crew members. Both crew members and mangers were unfriendly and unhelpful. Also the staff was not working like a team, instead they all were doing their own separate tasks like they didnt have any leadership. On top of waiting, the store was incredibly unsanitary. I will not be ordering food from this establishment.
