After 10 minutes got in drive thru line, waited 25 minutes, got to front of line and the order wasn’t even ready. Manager didn’t even offer to comp. Not sure how this place stays in business, they should be embarrassed. To top it off the manager accused me of screaming at the employee at the window when I did no such thing. I talked sternly and raised my voice slightly. Absolute joke of a Panera.

Every single time I go to this location, which is not often, the drive thru will mess up or forget your order. It is honestly ridiculous and impressive how frequently they fail to properly bag an entire order correctly and ensure everything is there. The receipt has checkboxes to ensure accuracy of all items and its clear that they need to go back to use that system since they cannot be accountable of themselves. Also be aware that they will not issue refunds over the phone and they inconvenience you by telling you that you have to come back to their location to receive a "discount" or refund. This location is overdue for new management that ensures such a simple action of bagging all the food isn't missed so frequently.

Which was a chicken salad sandwich, a blueberry muffin, and what was supposed to be a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was in fact not toasted nor cut and we had to go back up front to request cream cheese. Food wasnt bad, service and literacy rate was sub sub-par.
